Handi Ghost is meat stew cooked in a deep and narrow-mouthed cooking pot.


Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 kg.
OnionClick to find more about Onion chopped 1.
GingerClick to find more about Ginger+GarlicClick to find more about Garlic 1 tsp.
Cooking Oil 1/2 cup.
Red Chilly powder 2 tsp.
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi 1/4 tsp.
Curd 1/4 cup.
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste.
All spices 1/2 tsp.
Bari Ilaichi 1.
CinnamonClick to find more about Cinnamon 1.
Cloves 2.
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper 4.
Choti Ilaichi 2.
WheatClick to find more about Wheat flour 1 tsp. heaped,
mixed with 1/4 cup water.


Preparation
Heat oil in a handi, fry chopped onionClick to find more about onion.
When golden add whole spices and rest of masala.
Add in mutton; fry(bhuno) well.
Add in curd and fry, now add 2 cups of water.
Cover and cook till meat is tender.
Add flour mixture and cook for 1520 minutes on low heat.
Lastly add all spices and put on "Dam" till oil floats on top.
