Tempting Murgh Kofta recipe in which flavorsome chicken balls cooked in a tasty gravy.


Ingredients
For Kofta:
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1 medium grinded
Bread slice 1
Egg 1
CornClick to find more about Corn flour 1 tbsp
Bhuna chanaClick to find more about chana 1 tsp
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken mince 1/2 kg finely grind
Green chillies 4 chopped and grinded
Curd 1 tbsp
Kashkhash(poppy seed) 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Dhania 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger / GarlicClick to find more about Garlic 1 tsp
Hara masala to fill inside of Kofta mixed with chopped onionClick to find more about onion

For Gravy:
Oil 1/2 cup
GingerClick to find more about Ginger / GarlicClick to find more about Garlic l tsp
Curd 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Pinch of HaldiClick to find more about Haldi
OnionClick to find more about Onion brown and grinded 2 tbsp
Zafran 1/4 tsp mixed with Kewra 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp


Preparation
Grind all ingredients for Kofta and mix in mince with curd and egg.
Fill with Hara Masala make into balls and keep aside.
Heat oil add GingerClick to find more about Ginger/GarlicClick to find more about Garlic with little water then add all seasoning for gravy. Fry well, then add curd and onionClick to find more about onion paste and now add koftas.
Let it simmer on low flame.
Remove and sprinkle green coriander, all spice and zafran kewra.
