Mouthwatering keema recipe that is very easy to make yet wonderful in taste.


Ingredients
1 lb. keema
3 tbl sp. ground papaya (grind with skin)
1 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
1/2 tblsp. garam masala
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
1 tblsp. gingerClick to find more about ginger
1 med. onionClick to find more about onion crushed
1/2 med. onionClick to find more about onion for frying


Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except for the half onionClick to find more about onion which is for frying, leave mixture for 6-8 hrs or overnight.
Then fry the half onionClick to find more about onion until brown and add the mince meat and cook until done, stirring often.
Take out in serving dish and garnish with onions and mintClick to find more about mint leaves. Serve hot with nan.
