Tikki Kebobs are very popular as a starter or a snack. They have a special, delicate flavour and are quite easy to make.

1 lbs lean ground beef washed and drained well.
2 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds
2 tsps cumin seeds 2 tbsp corrainder seeds
1 tsp salt 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp gram flour(besan)
1 tsp gram masala
4-5 finely chopped thai chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 egg
oil for cooking
Start by mincing corrainder seeds, pomegranate seeds and cumin seeds finely.
Place minced meat in a bowl add all the minced spices plus every other ingredient in it.
Mix it really well till every thing becomes very well mixed. Leave it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Now make about 3 to 4 inch diameter very thin cakes(tikki)out of that mince meat and fry it on both sides till it becomes dark brown each side.
