Ingredients
1KG KEEMA
HANDFUL OF PEAS
500G PASTA
2 SMALL TOMATOES
2 ONIONS
2 GREEN CHILLIES
1 TABLESPN OIL
1 TSP ZEERAClick to find more about ZEERA POWDER
1 TSP CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP HALDIClick to find more about HALDI
1 TSP CORRIANDER POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1 CLOVEClick to find more about CLOVE GARLICClick to find more about GARLIC CRUSHED
BUNCH OF FRESH CORRIANDER LEAVES


Preparation
PUT IN OIL, FRY GARLI AND ONIONS,THEN ADD ONE CHILLI FOR 2-3 MINS.
THEN ADD KEEMA COOK FOR 3 MINS THEN ADD ZEERAClick to find more about ZEERA, GARAM MASALA AND CORRIANDER POWDER AND COOK FOR 15 MINS.
ADD HALDIClick to find more about HALDI OTHER GREEN CHILLIClick to find more about GREEN CHILLI, CHILLI POWDER.COOK FOR FURTHER 5MIN.
THEN ADD TOMATOES AND STIR UNTIL TOMATOES MELT. ADD PEAS.
SEPARATELY BOIL PASTA WHILE KEEMA IS ON SLOW HEAT.
ADD WATER TO KEEMA IF NECCESSARY.
DRAIN PASTA ADD TO KEEMA, STIR FOR 5 MINS THEN ADD FRESH CORIANDER AND SERVE.

Why make everything looks pakistani?! You can't add all these indian spices and fresh coriander to pasta! If you want to eat pakistani, than cook roti saalan! The original consists to put chooped onion/carrot/cellery in oil, then add minced meat and adjust with salt and black pepper. Fry till brown and then add tomato puree and cook on low flame for about 2 hours.

Hmmm lol yeah she forgot the salt!!! ha ha but yeah pasta has never been so easy!! will defo try this!
