Beef tenderised by marinating in yogurt accompained with aromatic spices and garnished with fresh coriander, mint and ginger etc.

Ingredients
Steak - 500 gms
Papaya paste - 4 tbsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper - 1 tsp
Poppy seed - 2 tbsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 10 pcs
Red chillies - 6 pcs, Whole
Cardamoms - 2 pcs
Green cardamoms - 2 pcs
CinnamonClick to find more about Cinnamon - 1 pc
Yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Onions - 4 tbsp, Fried
Fresh coriander, green chillies, mintClick to find more about mint, gingerClick to find more about ginger for garnishing.


Preparation
Roast poppy seedsClick to find more about poppy seeds, red chillies, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper, green cardamoms, cardamoms and cinnamonClick to find more about cinnamon and grind.
Marinate steaks in papaya, saltClick to find more about salt, gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, green chillies, yogurt and ground spices. Set aside for 4-5 hours.
Heat oil in a pot and cook steaks in it until tender.
When steaks are tender add fried onions. Cook for few more minutes and turn off the heat.
Garnish with coriander, mintClick to find more about mint, green chillies and gingerClick to find more about ginger and serve hot with naans.
