Mozzarella Cheese (250)gm
Potatoes (1/2kg)
Soya sauce (1 tbspoon)
Hot sauce (1 tbspoon)
Oil (1 cup)

(to taste )
Garam masalah (1 tspoon)
Black peper(1/2tspoon)

powder (1/2tspoon)
1 egg
Bread curmbs as required

untill tender and mash.
Boil potatoes but do not boil too much since u cant grate them .
Cut the cheese in half cm thick and 4 cm long .
Now in a bowl mix grated potatoes, chicken Click to find more about chicken

and all the other ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Take this mixture, flat it on the hand and place the cheese in between and cover it well .
Make the cutlets according to the length of the cheese slices.
Now dip the cutlets in egg and coat it with bread crumbs .
In a pan fry them in little oil untill golden brown .
Serve hot as a side or a snack.

Actually, the cutlets turned out quite nice. By the way, it's 'chuck'...not 'chunk'.

first of all.. its CUTLETS, CHEESE, MOZZARELLA, BREAD CRUMBS, and MATAR PULAO.. secondly, the presentation of this recipe does not compel me to try it at all, rather just chunk it out the window.. thanks.
