Tikki Kebobs are very popular as a starter or a snack. They have a special, delicate flavour and are quite easy to make.

Ingredients
1 lbs lean ground beef washed and drained well.
2 tbsp dried pomegranateClick to find more about pomegranate seeds
2 tsps cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds
2 tbsp corrainder seeds
1 tsp saltClick to find more about salt
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp gram flour(besan)
1 tsp gram masala
4-5 finely chopped thai chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 egg
oil for cooking


Preparation
Start by mincing corrainder seeds, pomegranateClick to find more about pomegranate seeds and cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds finely.
Place minced meat in a bowl add all the minced spices plus every other ingredient in it.
Mix it really well till every thing becomes very well mixed. Leave it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Now make about 3 to 4 inch diameter very thin cakes(tikki)out of that mince meat and fry it on both sides till it becomes dark brown each side.

Serve hot with sprinkle of limeClick to find more about lime or green chutni.
