A relatively easy and mess-free way to make basic filled rice balls


Ingredients
Rice 1cup (boil)
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1cup( boil)
Cheese chedder half cup
Egg 1
CabbageClick to find more about Cabbage 2 cup
Coriand few
Green chills 6
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper 1tsp
Bread crumb for coating
Flour for coating
Egg 1
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste


Preparation
Mix all ingredients in boiled rice.
Make mixture of flour & bread crumb.
Make a rice ball.
Put a ball in egg, flour and then in bread crumb.
Deep fry it until medium brown.
Serve with cole slaw.

we can also add chicken in it .i have tried it personally and with chicken the taste is more enhanced.
