Basic Fry gosht recipe in which mutton marinted and then fried in oil. This fry gosht is a great dish for parties.


Ingredients
1/2 kilo of Mutton.
1 1/2 tsp of GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste.
1 1/2 tsp of Chili powder.
1 tsp GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste.
1 tsp SaltClick to find more about Salt.
1 tsp Mixed spices ( garam masala ).
3 cups of Water


Preparation
Marinate mutton in all the above ingredients for 1/2 hour to one hour.
After marination, put it to boil in water till it gets tender and water dries up.
Once the mutton is tender, take a pot, pour oil and fry.
Serve it hot with our traditional roghni naan.
