A spicy muttondish cooked and served in a mini wok with onions, tomatoes and fresh spices.

1 lb lamb or mutton, cut in pieces
2-3 Tbsp ghee OR oil
1-2 med.onions, chopped
1-2 teasp. garlic paste
2 teasp. chili powder
3 teasp. garam masala powder
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 teasp. salt (more or less to your taste)
2 tomatos, chopped
water
Optional: coconut flakes,(to garnish)
In hot oil, fry onion until clear.
Add garlic and chili powder, while stirring.
Then add garam masala, vinegar, salt and chopped tomatos. Keep stirring until the tomatos have cooked down into the mixture.
Add the meat and enough water to either make the salan/curry thick or thin, which ever way you like it.
Cook until meat is tender.
Garnish with a few coconut flakes on top. Serve with naans.
