Pan Fried Mutton Chops recipe by erum at
Mutton chops marinated in blended green masala and then pan fried.

8-12 baby chops
1 bunch cilantro
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp saltClick to find more about salt
1/2 tsp black pepperClick to find more about black pepper powder
2 cups plain Yogurt
1/2 tsp cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
4 tsp oil for frying

Blend cilantro, green chillies, yogurt and all spices to gather in the blender pour the batter on chops, cover and set a side for 4 hours.
Then heat oil in a pan on a low flame add your marinated chops pour 1 glass of water cover the lid and let it cook until the meat is tender.
When the chops are fully cooked you can grill them on a griller or uncover the lid turn on high flame let the extra water dry out and serve with ranch sauce or ketchup.
Works great like an Appetizers

Simply love this recipe - simple easy and quick (if you do the prep work on previous day). I make this a 3 step process. Marinate several hours or overnite, then pressure cook it (2-3 whistles) and right before serving pan fry it.
