Nothing is more comforting than digging into this cheesy nibbles in cold weather. Perfect teatime snack.


Ingredients
1 chickenClick to find more about chicken, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp cornflour
1 small onionClick to find more about onion, finely chopped
1 & 1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp saltClick to find more about salt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
Bread crumbs
2 eggs
Oil for deepfrying
1 cup milk


Preparation
Boil the chickenClick to find more about chicken with the onionClick to find more about onion.
