Chicken Ka Sufaid Qurma recipe by Saleena Islam at
Chicken Korma made in a mild white gravy of coconut and milk. The spices impart a mild flavor to this chicken Qurma.

ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1 whole (cut into small pieces)
Khopra 4 tbsp
Milk 1 glass
Red chillies 1/4 tsp
Oil 8 tbsp
KishmishClick to find more about Kishmish 6 pcs
Ggarlic 1 tsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger 1/4 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste

Put oil in a pot.
Put kishmishClick to find more about kishmish in and then add chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces to that.
Fry for about 5-7 minutes.
Now add gingerClick to find more about ginger, garlicClick to find more about garlic, red chillies and fry for about 8-10 minutes until you get the smell of garlicClick to find more about garlic.
Now add milk to it and let it cook for about 20 minutes till the meat is tender.
Then add the pre-soaked(for 15 minutes) khopra into the chickenClick to find more about chicken and simmer it till the oil floats on the top.
Once it is done, let it cool down in room temperature and then add saltClick to find more about salt to it.
Heat it when serving.
