Whole spices are used in this recipe giving it a wonderful taste and rich flavor. This is a dry dish and is best served with curries and dals.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1 kilo,
Yogurt,
SaltClick to find more about Salt as desired ,
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic and gingerClick to find more about ginger paste 1 tsp,
Cooking oil 3 tbsps.
Corriander whole dried 1/3 cup,
cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds 1/3 cup,
round dried chillies 1/3 cup.
Dry fry them in fry pan till you can feel khushbu and grind but be carefull not to make a complete powder.


Preparation
Marinate chickenClick to find more about chicken in yogurt, saltClick to find more about salt, garlicClick to find more about garlic/ gingerClick to find more about ginger paste n rest of Sabat masala. Also add cooking oil .
Set in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Now put in a wok and cover with a lid for awhile till chickenClick to find more about chicken turns tender.
Now stir fry till golden and leaves oil.
Garnish with green chillies n finely chopped corriander leaves.
Serve hot with Naans.
