Boneless Chciken breast marinated in sauce and pan fried.


Ingredients
4 boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken breasts pounded slightly with hammer
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegarClick to find more about vinegar
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp crushed black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
1 tsp honeyClick to find more about honey or sugar
saltClick to find more about salt according to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp water


Preparation
Marinate the chickenClick to find more about chicken with soya sauce, vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, honeyClick to find more about honey/sugar, saltClick to find more about salt, peppers and mustard powder for 1 or 2 hrs.
Then take a frying pan keep it on heat till hot and add the chickenClick to find more about chicken in it keep turning it till light brown in colour.
Now turn up the heat really high and add oil in it pour the water on it this will flame the pan and give a barbequed taste to the chickenClick to find more about chicken.
Serve hot with stir fried vegetables and mashed/baked potatoes.
