A tasty blend of green masala, chicken and tomatoes. Ready in no time but taste great with roti, naan or paratha.


Ingredients
Small pieces of ChickenClick to find more about Chicken legs or whole ChickenClick to find more about Chicken
6 medium tomatoes
1 tsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 tsp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1/2 tsp coursely grounded garam masala
1/2 tsp crushed dry red peppers
1/2 tsp dry methiClick to find more about methi leaves
SaltClick to find more about Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
Hara dhanyia few leaves
Green chillies 5-6
MintClick to find more about Mint few leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Oil half a cup


Preparation
In a karahi or a big pot heat oil, put chickenClick to find more about chicken and garlicClick to find more about garlic fry it till it becomes golden brown.
Now add gingerClick to find more about ginger, garam masala, crushed dry red peppers, saltClick to find more about salt, red chilli powder and tomatoes.
Do not cover the pot, cook it on mediam flame till the chickenClick to find more about chicken is tender.
Now put dry methiClick to find more about methi leaves and three or four green chillies and cook it till oil seems to be separated.
Cover the pan. Put it on simmer for few minutes.
Garnish it with rest of the green chillies and hara dhaniaClick to find more about hara dhania and some garam masala, sprinkle lemon juice and serve with nans.
