Homemade Spicy Potaotes glazed with Caramel sauce.


Ingredients
Half kg boiled potaoes cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon black pepperClick to find more about black pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon honeyClick to find more about honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
saltClick to find more about salt to taste.
freshly chopped coriander for garnishing


Preparation
Deep fry (till 5 minutes) the potatoClick to find more about potato cubes untill light brown
Now add mustard powder, red chilly powder, saltClick to find more about salt, cumin powder, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper, sugar and honeyClick to find more about honey.
Now turn downthe heat on very low so until the sugar melts and caramel is formed, stir with a spoon so that the potaoes get glazed with the sauce.
Before serving add the lemon juice and garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
