These little fish balls are absolutely delicious! and make a hearty appetizer.


Ingredients
2 SLICES OF WHITE BREAD
1/3 CUP HEAVY CREME
1 TSP WOCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 EGGSALT UPTO TASTE
1 TSP RED CHILLIES POWDER
1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
FRESH CORRAINDER LEAVES CHOPPED
1 KGS CRAB OR FISH MEAT


Preparation
FIRST MIX ALL SEASONINGS TOGETHER THEN ADD THEM INTO FISH OR CRAB MEAT, MAKE MEDIUM SIZE BALLS AND DEEP FRY THEM.
