This fish recipe is good for you and It's also really simple to make.


Ingredients
1 kg fish
1/2 cup tamarindClick to find more about tamarind (dissolved in water & seeds removed)
1 tsp coriender pwdr
1 tsp qasoori methiClick to find more about methi
1/2 cup fresh dhania (cellantro)
1/4 cup fresh mintClick to find more about mint
1 tsp red chillie powder
1 tsp zeeraClick to find more about zeera
3-4 green chillies
2-3 stems green or spring onions.
1-2 stems of green garlicClick to find more about garlic
1/2 cup oil


Preparation
Add all dry spices into oil n fry on low heat till they give a strong smell n change colour.
Add garlicClick to find more about garlic, chillies, onions, tamarindClick to find more about tamarind water, mintClick to find more about mint n dhania(cilantro) together and grind finely in
liquidiser or food processor.
Pour the mixture in the heated oil n raise the heat.
Cook till its completely done n all water dries up.
Add fish n lower heat immediately.
Carefully toss the fish fillets in masala and let them cook for 12 minutes then add water
enough to tender fish and maintain consistency of salan.
Serve hot with roti or white rice.
