This fish cutlet recipe is very easy to make and tastes delicious. Boiled Fish and Potato is flavored with onion, chilies, coriander, lime and spices.


Ingredients
2 cups Fish(boiled, deboned)
1 cup PotatoClick to find more about Potato(mashed)
1 no. OnionClick to find more about Onion(diced)
4 nos. Green Chilies
6 cloves GarlicClick to find more about Garlic
1 piece GingerClick to find more about Ginger(1 inch)
1 bunch Coriander leavesClick to find more about Coriander leaves
1 bunch MintClick to find more about Mint
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Black PepperClick to find more about Black Pepper to taste
1 no. Egg
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Vegetable Oil for frying


Preparation
In a frying pan, add 3 tbsp. of oil and fry diced onionClick to find more about onion, green chilies, garlicClick to find more about garlic and gingerClick to find more about ginger till the onionClick to find more about onion is golden brown. Add coriander and mintClick to find more about mint leaves.
Add boiled deboned fish and continue frying. Add saltClick to find more about salt and pepper to taste, remove from heat and cool.
Add mashed potatoes, saltClick to find more about salt and mix into a dough. Form into cutlets of desired shape [round, long fingers, oval, heart shaped etc.].
Beat egg with little saltClick to find more about salt and pepper. Coat cutlets in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat a 4 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with onions rings and garnish with coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves.
