Whole chicken marinated in lemon juice & spices and deep fried on low heat.

Ingredients
Chicken1 kg(whole and slits marked on it)
GingerClick to find more about Ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste1 tsp
Red chillies1 tsp
Juice of 4 lemons
Yellow food colour
White cumin1 tsp
Black pepper1 tsp
Vinegar3 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Oil


Preparation
Wash the chickenClick to find more about chicken inside and out, then marinate in saltClick to find more about salt, vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, lemon juice, gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, red chillies, white cumin, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper and yellow food colour.
It is better to refrigerate the marinated chickenClick to find more about chicken for 4 hrs but it can also be left outside.
Half an hour before cooking, heat oil in a deep pan or wok, deep fry the chickenClick to find more about chicken on low heat, drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with french fries and salad.
