Quick and easy Chicken Parmesan Recipe. It is easy to make, goes with almost anything and is a treat.


Ingredients
3/4 lb. boneless skinless chickenClick to find more about chicken breast halves
waxed paper
1/4 cup low fat buttermilkClick to find more about buttermilk
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cloveClick to find more about clove garlicClick to find more about garlic, crushed


Preparation
Place chickenClick to find more about chicken between two sheets of waxed paper and pound lightly with a mallet or other heavy flat object to flatten to 1/4 inch thickness.
Combine buttermilkClick to find more about buttermilk and Parmesan in a bowl.
Place breadcrumbs on a piece of waxed paper.
Dust chickenClick to find more about chicken with flour and season with saltClick to find more about salt and pepper to taste.

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
