Chicken pieces simmered in homemade green masala and then pan fried.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken: 1
Eggs : 3
Garam masala :2tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt: to taste
Grind corainder: 2tsp
Green masala ingridients:
MintClick to find more about Mint, coriander: half bunch(both)green chillies:5
GingerClick to find more about Ginger garlicClick to find more about garlic paste: 1 tsp


Preparation
Clean chickenClick to find more about chicken and make medium peices.
Mix gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, grind coriander, saltClick to find more about salt, in green masala(mintClick to find more about mint, coriander and green chillies) and grind all of them together and make chutney.
Put chickenClick to find more about chicken in a pan, add water that chickenClick to find more about chicken tender and water dried.
Mix chutney in chickenClick to find more about chicken and cook until chutney also dried with chickenClick to find more about chicken.
Beat eggs and add garam masala in eggs.
Make chickenClick to find more about chicken cold.
Then heat oil in pan and dip chickenClick to find more about chicken piece in eggs and fry all of them until brown.
Serve with fries and salad.
