Ingredients
3 bunches spinachClick to find more about spinach
1 onions
1 piece gingerClick to find more about ginger
3 green chilies
1 tsp turmericClick to find more about turmeric powder
225 grams Indian paneer or (ricotta cheese)
2 tbs gheeClick to find more about ghee
little oil for frying
1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
saltClick to find more about salt to taste
fresh cream for garnishing


Preparation
Chop spinachClick to find more about spinach finely, add cup water and soda bicarbonate, cook till done.
Blend in a liquidiser and leave aside.
Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry them, after frying set them aside.
Fry chop onions, gingerClick to find more about ginger & chillies.
Add turmericClick to find more about turmeric powder and fry again.
Add the spinachClick to find more about spinach, cheese and saltClick to find more about salt, cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cream. (Serves for 4)
