A healthy yet tasty snack. The kabobs are prepared with fish boiled and mix with spices.


Ingredients
Fish 1/2 kg boiled and mashed
Mix spices 1 tsp levelled
White zeeraClick to find more about zeera seeds 1 tsp
OnionClick to find more about Onion brown 2 grinded
Green chillies 2-3 chopped
Chilly powder 1 tsp levelled
Coriander leavesClick to find more about Coriander leaves chopped
GingerClick to find more about Ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic 1 tsp levelled
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi 1/2 tsp
ChanaClick to find more about Chana flour 1 tbsp heaped
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp levelled
Egg 1


Preparation
Boil and mash fish and mix all the ingredients in fish then make any shape of kababs you like and shallow fry it.
Before serving put it on skewers and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
