Simple beef cutlets seasond with all spice and beadcrumbs. It can be served as a side or makes a filling sandwiches for supper.
Mince 1/2 kg
Ginger / garlic 2 tsp
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Zeera Powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
Onion 2 small chopped
Bread 4 slices soaked in water
Eggs 3-4 beaten
Bread crumbs
Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs and egg in mince well and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Sprinkle crumbs on a flat surface and make small balls of mince and press it and shape into cutlets. Beat eggs well and dip cutlets in egg and thenin bread crumbs again and deep fry.
