Ingredients
Meat - 1/2 kg Minced (Beef or Mutton)
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic - 4 Cloves Chopped
SaltClick to find more about Salt - 1 tsp
OnionClick to find more about Onion - 3 pcs Chopped
Parsley - 1/2 bunch Chopped
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin SeedsClick to find more about Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
All Spice Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili - 1 tsp Crushed
GingerClick to find more about Ginger - 1 tsp
Black PepperClick to find more about Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp


Preparation
In a bowl mix together mince, garlicClick to find more about garlic, saltClick to find more about salt , onions, parsley, coriander powder, cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds, all spice powder, crushed red chili, gingerClick to find more about ginger and black pepperClick to find more about black pepper powder.
Mix well and chop again in chopper. Soak shahslik sticks in water for 30 minutes.
Make small balls from the mince mixture and thread on the shashlik sticks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and the fry in a grill pan or frying pan with oil.
Serve Hot in Pitta bread with salad/sauce as a sandwich or Rice.
