Beef marinated in flavorful spices and then shallow fried in a form of patties. One of the most popular starter of parties in Pakistan.
Minced beef 1/2kg
Kutti hoi lal mirch according to ur taste.
Onion copped 1/2 cup
Green chillies 6(chopped)
Salt to taste.
Zeera(grinded) 1 tsp.
Oil 3 tbsp.
Whole corriander(dry) 1 tbsp.
Cornflour 3 tbsp.
Oil for frying
Ginger/Garlic paste 2 tbsp(kutta hoa)
Wash & drain qeema well.
Add all ingredients in qeema. Keep in fridge for atleast 1 hour for marination.
Make medium size Kabab of this qeema.
Heat oil, fry these Kababs o medium heat until golden brown from each side.
Serve hot with salad and chutney.
