Spicy Lamb chops cooked in minced meat along with yogurt and spicies.

Ingredients
1/2 kg medium ground beef
1/2 kg lamb chops
800 gm plain yogurt
3 tbs. Garam Masala
1 tsp. red chili powder
2 green chilies fine chopped
2 tsp. chopped gingerClick to find more about ginger
1 1/2 tsp. SaltClick to find more about Salt or to your taste
1 small tomatoClick to find more about tomato finely chopped
3 tbs. cooking oil
3 tsp. fresh dhania (Coriander leavesClick to find more about Coriander leaves) finely chopped.


Preparation
Mix garam masala, red chili powder and saltClick to find more about salt in yogurt. Mix well to paste.
Wash lamb chops and pour half of the yogurt paste in a pressure cooker along with chops.
Cook under pressure for 5 minutes or to chops almost tender.
Remove gravy and meat into a pan.
Add rest of the yogurt mix and ground beef into pan.
Cook on medium fire till water dried up.
Add oil and keep cooking for 5 minutes. Add a bit of water if required.
Add green chilies, gingerClick to find more about ginger, onionClick to find more about onion, half chopped tomatoClick to find more about tomato and cook further 5 minutes.
Add other half of tomatoClick to find more about tomato and fresh chopped coriander. Cook further for 3-4 minutes.
Keema Champ is ready.
Serve hot with Naan or Roti.

OMG just by reading your recipe i can feel water coming to my mouth cant wait to try it. hubby is a lamb lover so i m positive this dish wil be a hit at our dinning table Thanks for sharing
