Nargisi Kabab is is a popular Pakistani recipe usually served as an appetizer.


Ingredients
2 tbs yogurt
SaltClick to find more about Salt according to taste
1 small onionClick to find more about onion chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp haldiClick to find more about haldi powder
2 tbs. oil

Ingredients for Kabab:
1/2 kilo beef cubes cut into very small pieces.

1 cup dalClick to find more about dal channaClick to find more about channa presoaked
7-8 Whole dried red chilies
1 medium onionClick to find more about onion chopped
6-8 whole black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
5-6 laungClick to find more about laung ( cloves)
1 bari illaichiClick to find more about illaichi
1/2 tsp zeeraClick to find more about zeera
1 stick of cinnamonClick to find more about cinnamon
1 tsp gingerClick to find more about ginger
2-3 green chilies chopped
1 cup fresh dhuniyaClick to find more about dhuniya leaves
1 egg (raw)
4-5 hardboiled egg


Preparation
Procedure for Kabab:
In a pot add all the spices alongwith the meat, add water enough to tenderize the meat and cook till extremely soft and water has dried.
Boil the dalClick to find more about dal separately till very soft and add to the meat. Cool and then grind all. Add egg, green chili and fresh dhuniyaClick to find more about dhuniya mix well.
Coat the hardboiled eggs well with this mixture to form solid balls and add to boiling gravy.
Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh dhuniyaClick to find more about dhuniya leaves or however you like.

Procedure for gravy.
Saute the onionClick to find more about onion in oil till brown.
Add spices and yougut and fry until it leaves oil.
Add a little water to form gravy and simmer.
