Chapli kebab is a patty made from beef mince, and is one of the popular barbecue meals in Pakistan.


Ingredients
1 kg mutton or beef mince
3 green chillies finely chopped
1 bunch chopped coriander
2 table spoon original cornClick to find more about corn flour
2 spoon coriander seed (half crushed)
saltClick to find more about salt to taste
1 tea spoon dried pomegranateClick to find more about pomegranate seed (AnarClick to find more about Anar dana)
1 table spoon of gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
3 diced tomatoes
2 diced onions
1 slightly beaten egg


Preparation
Combine all the spices and ingredients along with mince.
Mix them well, make palm size cutlet.
Then take 5 table spoon of oil, pour it on frying pan.
Fry the kebabs on medium or low flame.
Each side of kebab should be cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve the hot kebab with raita or green chutney.

if any of us r guna try this then id adviz u nt 2 add tamatoes cuz it wud jst make the kebabs break n da end result wud leave u wiv oily kebabs. the rest of the kebabs r fyn tho!!!!

this is an exceptionally good recipe however i have experienced that by adding a genourous handful of mint and a squeeze of lemon makes the chapli kebab taste even more wonderful

its declious reiepe just nt to add tomatos the method same like kacchi kabab in that we use onion an in chapli we should nt use

i think its quite easy to cook but i would like to minus tomatoes from this as it will loose water during frying and will cause it to break
