Delicious Kofta curry with some simple and easy steps...


Ingredients
Kofta:
250 Gms Minced Meat
1 Medium OnionClick to find more about Onion Roughly Chopped
1/2 Cup ChannaClick to find more about Channa DalClick to find more about Dal
1/2 Tsp SaltClick to find more about Salt
1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp All Spice
1 Egg White
Oil For Deep Frying gravy
1/2 Cup Oil2 Cardamoms
1 Medium OnionClick to find more about Onion Ground
1 Tsp SaltClick to find more about Salt
Curry:
1 & 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp GingerClick to find more about Ginger / GarlicClick to find more about Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Yoghurt Whipped
1 & 1/2 Cups Of Water
4 Green Chillies Chopped stuffing
1 OnionClick to find more about Onion Finely Chopped
fresh Coriander And MintClick to find more about Mint Leaves Finely Chopped


Preparation
Mix ingredients for Kofta and make small balls.
Fry these koftas in oil seperately until cooked.
Heat the oil in a saucepan.
Add the cardamoms and onionClick to find more about onion.
When the onionClick to find more about onion is slightly golden in colour, add the remaining curry ingredients, except the water.
Stir and fry till the oil seperates.
Add the water.
When it comes to a boil, gently lower the koftas or meat balls into it.
Simmer over a low heat till the oil floats to the top.

Hey do you add channa dal whole in the mince before forming the koftas? I think you missed telling us how the dal is added. Please clarify. Thanx
