Ingredients
2 tablespoons vinegarClick to find more about vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon saltClick to find more about salt


Preparation
Combine the vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, sugar and water and boil till the mixture becomes a thick syrup.
Cool slightly, add the crushed red chillies and the saltClick to find more about salt.
Allow to stand for atleast 6 hours before using.
Adjust the vinegarClick to find more about vinegar and chillies to your taste.
