Super easy yet very addictive dip you want to have with any chinese food you eat.

2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon salt
Combine the vinegar, sugar and water and boil till the mixture becomes a thick syrup.
Cool slightly, add the crushed red chillies and the salt.
Allow to stand for atleast 6 hours before using.
Adjust the vinegar and chillies to your taste.
