This chutney is probably the simplest and fastest of the chutneys I know to make. In fact it's probably the freshest also because it is made in a few minutes.


Ingredients
6-7 split green chillies
1 bunch of coriander(Cilantro)leaves
3 tbsp dried, dessicated coconutClick to find more about dessicated coconut
1-2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp mustard seeds


Preparation
Season oil with mustard, add the green chillies, coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves chopped, red chilli powder and the coconut.
Fry for a while and then blend it into a smooth paste, adding saltClick to find more about salt to taste.
This chutney is usually used for masala puri/chat.
