Tasty milk balls floatng in warm sweet syrup.

Milk Powder - 175 grams
Refined flour - 3 tbsp
Semolina - 1 tbsp
Cream - 150 gms
Baking soda - 1/8 tsp
Oil - 2 cups
silver leaf for garnishing
Syrup:
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Green Cardamoms - 5 pcs
Mix milk powder, refined flour, semolina, baking soda and cream in a bowl and knead into a dough.
Make 16 balls from this dough.
Cook water, sugar and cardamoms until it forms a thick syrup.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the balls until light golden.
Put fried balls in syrup over low flame.
Cover pot and cook for 5-7 minutes.
When the balls become twice their original size remove from flame and set aside.
Garnish with silver leaf and serve.
