Sookhee Sawaian Vermecilli recipe by Nayab Khan at
A very popular sweet dish that is widely cooked on the special occasion. It is usually made with condensed milk, vermicelli and cardamom powder.

Vermacelli 1 pack
Illaichee 6-7
Pistachios few
AlmondsClick to find more about Almonds few
Oil 4 tblsp
Sugar 3/4 cup or to taste.
Dry nuts few

Crush the sawaian small.
Now in a pan take oil and add the illachis.
Fry for a while and now add the sawaian.
Fry till they appear a bit crispy and brown for a about 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat.
Becareful not to burn them.
Now add enough water that it cover the sawaian.
Add sugar. Now cover the and let the water dry.
Check the sugar to taste n slow the heat for dum for 10 minutes.
After dum they r ready.
Add nuts to garnish.
Serve hot.

yeah where is the condensed milk

You totally omitted ondensed milk in the list of ingredients as well as in preparation. Please revise and send me the correct recipe.
