This is a quick and easy recipe for chicken that keeps in lots of flavor and moisture. You can adjust the seasonings to whatever you want. Serve with the side dishes of your choice.


Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup appleClick to find more about apple cider vinegarClick to find more about vinegar
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon garlicClick to find more about garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon saltClick to find more about salt
1 teaspoon black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
10 boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken thighs


Preparation
In a large glass bowl, thoroughly blend the vegetable oil, appleClick to find more about apple cider vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, egg substitute, garlicClick to find more about garlic powder, paprika, poultry seasoning, saltClick to find more about salt, and pepper. Place chickenClick to find more about chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Brushing occasionally with 1/2 the remaining marinade mixture, cook the chickenClick to find more about chicken 10 to 15 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
In a small saucepan, bring the remaining marinade mixture to a boil. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Serve as a sauce with the chickenClick to find more about chicken.
