Ingredients
6 ChickenClick to find more about Chicken breasts cut into strips
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste 1 tbsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1 tbsp
VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar 3 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chinese saltClick to find more about salt 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper 1 tsp
Eggs 3
Bread crumbs 3 cups
Oil for frying 8 cups


Preparation
First of all, take chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces wash them...preferrably with skin,and then put them in a cooker,
add garilc and gingerClick to find more about ginger paste, vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, saltClick to find more about salt, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper, chinese saltClick to find more about salt(ajinomoto), and garam masala along with three cups of water.
Pressurize for about three minutes when u feel chickenClick to find more about chicken is tender..but not very soft take out the peices.
Let them dry and then in the beated eggs coat them and then cover with bread crumbs,in a frying pan with deep frying procedure.
Put these peices one by one and fry until golden brown.
Take them out on a tissue paper so that extra oil is absorbed.
Serve with ketchup or any hommade gravy to go with it ......really tastes good.....!
