Bread coated with minced chicken, shrimp and egg whites and shallow fried. This recipe is adopted from famous shrimp toast from Thailand.

Ingredients
Bread (a day old) 12 slices
ShrimpsClick to find more about Shrimps ground thickly 250 gms
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken minced 125 gms
Spring onions (cut finely) 2 tbsp
Egg whites 2
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tsp
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic finely cut 1 tsp
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Sesame seedsClick to find more about Sesame seeds for garnishing


Preparation
Remove crust from slices and cut each slice in a triangular shape.
Grind coarsely chickenClick to find more about chicken and shrimp mince with all other ingredients.
Layer each bread slice with the mince mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
On a medium flame fry slices until golden brown from both sides.
Place delicious Thai Toast on a serving dish. Sprinkle Sesame seedsClick to find more about Sesame seeds on top
Serve hot with ketchup.
