Potatoes With Green Filling recipe by Samina at PakiRecipes.com.
Green masala made of corriander, parsley, chopped green chillies and tamrand paste is coated with mashed potatoes and covered with besan mixture and fried. Makes a great starter or teatime snack.


Ingredients
3-4 potatoes boiled and mashed
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp,
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper 1/4 tsp,
Red crushed chillies 1 tsp,
ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera 1/2 tsp,
Ajino moto 1 tsp
You need basen to make paste like with water, saltClick to find more about salt and little baking powder as u mix for pakoras.
For filling:
Green coriander 1/2 cup chopped
Green 3 to 4 chillies
Parsley and green carry {kachi imliClick to find more about imli}2 tbsp
make a paste with little saltClick to find more about salt dont add water just make it like chutney.


Preparation
First boil potatoes and then add all the ingredients and mash them until they r mixed and firm,
Then make green paste for filling, then take small amount of boiled potatoes and fill the green filling and coat with the basinClick to find more about basin paste and deep fry them in hot oil and serve with raita or ketchup as u like it.

Very poorly written recipe - the second paragraph does not make any sense at all. Chop the coriander and chillies? "make with original"???? Everyone will appreciate it if can be clarified. Thank you
