Ingredients
3-4 large Potatoes
2 tomatoes
3-4 Medium size onions
3-4 green chilies
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon haldiClick to find more about haldi
1 teaspoon zeeraClick to find more about zeera
1 teaspoon dhanya
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon ajvine
1 teaspoon gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
and few curry leavesClick to find more about curry leaves
1 cup of water


Preparation
Heat Oil in a pan, add garlicClick to find more about garlic and gingerClick to find more about ginger paste and then cook onions in it until golden brown.
Then add red chilli powder, haldiClick to find more about haldi, zeeraClick to find more about zeera, dhanya and saltClick to find more about salt.
Cook them for sometime until they give out an aroma.
Then add agvine and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Now add potatoes and 1 cup of water and leave to cook.
When the potatoClick to find more about potato is soft add curry leave and green chilies and heat it for another 5 mins.
The potatoes are ready to serve.

34 potatoes, 34 onions and 34 chilis seems really wrong with only a teaspoon or half a teaspoon each of seasoning.
