Aloo Methi is a very classic recipe where the potatoes are cooked along with the very aromatic fenugreek leaves.


Ingredients
Potatoes 2 cut in cubes
MethiClick to find more about Methi(FenugreekClick to find more about Fenugreek) leaves dry 1 tbsp
Beans 1 Pao chopped
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp
MethiClick to find more about Methi dana 1/2 tspChilly powder 1 tsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger 1/2 tsp
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi 1/4 tsp
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup


Preparation
Heat oil fry methidana than add gingerClick to find more about ginger, garlicClick to find more about garlic saltClick to find more about salt, red chilly, haldiClick to find more about haldi fry, add chopped potatoes, beans and fry well.
Add 1 cup water and cover till done.
Lastly add soaked dry methiClick to find more about methi and cover till done.
