BONELESS BEEF(SMALL CUBES) 1/2 KG
GINGERClick to find more about GINGER GARLICClick to find more about GARLIC PASTE 1 1/2 TABLE SPOON
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TEA SPOON
TURMERICClick to find more about TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TEA SPOON
SALTClick to find more about SALT 1 TEA SPOON
GARAM MASALA POWDER 1/2 TEA SPOON
COOKING OIL/GHEEClick to find more about GHEE 1 CUP
WATER 1/2 CUP


Preparation
EXCEPT OIL AND GARAM MASALA, MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK THIS MIXTURE TILL THE WATER DRIES.
THEREAFTER, ADD OIL AND GARAM MASALA IN THE MIXTURE AND FRY TILL THE COLOUR OF THE BEEF BECOMES DARK BROWN AND CRISPY.
THE DISH IS READY TO SERVE.ENJOY!!!
