Pudina (mint) has excellent medicinal properties and including pudina chutney in everyday meal is very good for health.

1 bunch MintClick to find more about Mint
1 oz Green Chili
1 tsp SaltClick to find more about Salt

1 oz PomegranateClick to find more about Pomegranate Seeddried
32 oz Yogurt
4 Tbsp Water

Gather ingredients.
Remove stems from green chilies.
Wash mintClick to find more about mint and remove leaves.
Blend together mintClick to find more about mint leaves, green chilies, saltClick to find more about salt and pomegranateClick to find more about pomegranate seeds in an electric blender to make a paste.
Add water to make a smooth paste.
Remove from blender and mix in yogurt.

* Makes 36 ounces of chutney
* Serve in 2 or 4 ounces

mint chutney or pudina chutney recipe with step by step photos. this is the same mint chutney which is served in restaurants for tandoori snacks like kebabs and tikkas.

My mom makes it with yogurt and green chillies and spices. It tastes so delicious, but I'll try the recipe times. Finally I can make time Pakistani food itself
