The secret of making an excellent qeema is to fry it really well plus the ingredients add a touch of spice n juice.
1kg minced meat
1/2 kg tomatoes
1 tea spoon garlic paste
2 tea spoon ginger paste
2 tea spoon red ground chilies
6 green chilies
2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon salt
Apply the ginger garlic paste to the mince meat and set aside.
Heat oil and fry the ground red chilies till brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a little while.
Then add mince meat and let it cook till the water dries up.
Fry green chilies and serve it with mince meat.
