Wanna have meat and veggie at the same time? Try this simple yet delicious recipe of Bhindi gosht. Its different!!!!

500 grams bhuna gosht(beef)
500 grams BhindiClick to find more about Bhindi (OkraClick to find more about Okra)
2 medium onions cut in thin slices
6-8 green chilies, thinly sliced
Oil for frying

Prepare bhuna gosht.
Meanwhile wash OkraClick to find more about Okra under running water, dry with tea cloth or just spread in a tray for some time.
Now cut OkraClick to find more about Okra by removing head and tail in to half inch slices.
In a large pan heat oil over high heat, add onions and fry until change color and edges turn light brown.
Remove onionClick to find more about onion from oil and keep aside.
Fry OkraClick to find more about Okra in the same oil until it changes its color and edges start getting brown. Remove OkraClick to find more about Okra from oil and discard oil.
Put OkraClick to find more about Okra, onions and green chilliClick to find more about green chilli into hot bhuna meat. Stir with care, cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Serve with Roti.

We make a bhindi goshth ka saalan at home... cook mutton or beef like a typical saaloona and towards the end add topped n tailed whole small sized bhindis and cook for a lil while till they are done
