Kachri ka Qeema very tasty yet easy to cook. Minced meat marinated and then cooked on low flame until done and then infumed with coal to get a bbq flavor.
1 Tea Spoon Garlic Paste
1 Tea Spoon Ginger Paste
3 Table Spoon Chopped Papaya
Crushed red Chilli 2 Table Spoon
Garam Masala 1 Tea Spoon
Salt As U Like
2 Ingeer Crushed
2 Kachri Crushed
1 Small Piece Coal
Add All Ingredients In Beef(Not Coal)
Marinade for 2 To 3 Hours
Put 200 Gms Ghee In A Pan
Put Beef In That And Cook For Half An Hour
After Half An Hour
Take A piece of roti or naan and place it on the Qeema. Then put The Burned Coal on it and drop some oil on it. Quickly cover the pan.
Put The Lid On Pan For atleast 2 Minutes..
Then take the roti and coal out.
Garnish With Onion, Green Chilli, Julian Ginger & Mint Leaves & Lemon..
The Dish Is Ready To Eat.
