Ingredients
DalClick to find more about Dal mash 1 cup
Mince 1 pao or 8 ozs
Green chillies 23
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1
GingerClick to find more about Ginger / garlicClick to find more about garlic 1 tsp heaped
All spice 1 tspChilly powder 1 tsp heaped
Oil 1/2 cup
Coriander leavesClick to find more about Coriander leaves
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp levelled
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi 1 tsp


Preparation
Heat oil and brown onions.
Add gingerClick to find more about ginger /garlicClick to find more about garlic and fry after that add mince and fry.
When brown add haldiClick to find more about haldi, chilly powder, saltClick to find more about salt, little water and fry.
When it leaves oil, add dalClick to find more about dal and fry.
Add enough water for dalClick to find more about dal to be soft.
Add green chillies, coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves and all spice and put on dum.
