Ingredients
Daal preferably channaClick to find more about channa or arhar (toor) 1 cup pre-soaked
1 mangoClick to find more about mango semi sweet raw - diced and peeled

Red crushed pepper 1 tsp

Preparation
Put dhal to boil for 1/2 hr or as long as it takes to get really good tender.Then add mangoClick to find more about mango cubes and other spices and cook it for a while,mangoClick to find more about mango will get cook in 5 mins so bring dhal to boil mean while mangoClick to find more about mango will get cooked.

Then prepare vaghar,in a pan heat gheeClick to find more about ghee or oil and then add onions and fry it then add mintClick to find more about mint leaves and green chillies(left over from dhal dont have to put all of them in dhal seperate it prior)then pour hot gheeClick to find more about ghee in dalClick to find more about dal.Dhal costistency should be think
